Custom CRM development

Customers in one spreadsheet, tasks in another, conversations in chat? We build CRM software around your sales and daily work, with the fields, roles and reports you need.

When a custom CRM makes sense

A custom CRM is worth considering when existing platforms do not support important workflows, permissions or data requirements. We compare custom development with adapting an existing product, including licence, support and migration costs. We map the deal lifecycle and build an interface prototype. Together we decide which modules belong in the first release and which can follow.

Built around your workflow

We walk through a deal with your sales team, then design its stages, customer records and fields.

Routine automation

We set up reminders, enquiry assignment and document templates to reduce manual steps.

Transparent reporting

Dashboards with stage-by-stage conversion, manager workload and a real-time sales forecast.

Flexible roles and access

Everyone sees only their own data: branches, departments, permission levels and a full user action log.

What the work includes

This is what the work can include. We will decide what your project needs together and agree the scope before starting.

Requirements and prototype

  • Workflows and constraints
  • First-release functionality
  • Key screen prototypes

UX/UI design

  • Interface structure
  • Responsive layouts
  • States, errors and guidance

Development and integrations

  • Pipelines, deals and contacts
  • Permissions, tasks and reporting
  • Migration and APIs

Testing and launch

  • Testing agreed workflows
  • Access and documentation
  • Post-launch support

How we work

You see the work at each stage and can ask questions. Your technical lead helps with decisions, and the weekly update shows what is done and what comes next.

01

Sales process analysis

We interview managers and team leads and map the real journey of a deal from lead to payment and repeat sale.

02

System design

We design the data structure, pipelines, roles and interfaces. You see a clickable prototype before development starts.

03

Iterative development

We build the CRM in parts and show working versions. If it helps, we agree an earlier launch for the core modules.

04

Data migration and training

We migrate customers, deals and history from legacy systems and spreadsheets, then train the team on real scenarios.

05

Support and evolution

After launch we keep evolving the system: new modules, integrations and improvements driven by business priorities.

Before you start

Cost, preparation and project support.

Custom CRM or an existing platform?

We compare your workflows with existing platforms, including integrations, licences, support and future changes. If a ready-made CRM meets the requirements, implementation remains an option.

How are contacts and deals migrated?

We agree the dataset, check duplicates and map fields. A test migration is validated before the final switch. The transition and backup plan are agreed before working with live data.

What determines the development cost?

The cost depends on workflows, design complexity, integrations, data migration and available materials. After clarifying the brief, we define the scope and estimate. The budget is agreed before development starts.

How is the launch timeline agreed?

We review the scope, external dependencies and content readiness before agreeing milestones. If you need an earlier release, we define which functions belong in the first version.

What happens after launch?

We provide 30 days of support after release and help with launch issues and team questions. Further features and product development are planned separately.

Show us how your team works.

Start with a spreadsheet, your current CRM or a few examples of daily tasks. We will work out what the new system needs to do.
