SaaS product development

Have an idea for a service people will want to use? We help define and build the first version of your SaaS, from core workflows to subscriptions, user accounts and analytics.

A focused first release

We begin with the audience and the problem your product solves. We select a first-release workflow and agree on evaluation criteria. We design registration, permissions, data handling and billing where needed. Architecture and infrastructure follow the requirements and expected load. After launch, usage data helps us plan the next changes.

Fast idea validation

We define what the first user needs. Other features can follow after conversations with people who try the product.

Architecture built to scale

We plan access controls, customer data isolation and expected load, then test those decisions during development.

Billing and subscriptions

We agree pricing plans, a trial period and a payment provider. We test renewals, plan changes and failed payments.

Integration-ready

A documented API and webhooks — your customers and partners can connect the product to their own systems.

What the work includes

This is what the work can include. We will decide what your project needs together and agree the scope before starting.

Requirements and prototype

  • Workflows and constraints
  • First-release functionality
  • Key screen prototypes

UX/UI design

  • Interface structure
  • Responsive layouts
  • States, errors and guidance

Development and integrations

  • MVP workflow
  • Accounts, roles and subscriptions
  • Administration and APIs

Testing and launch

  • Testing agreed workflows
  • Access and documentation
  • Post-launch support

How we work

You see the work at each stage and can ask questions. Your technical lead helps with decisions, and the weekly update shows what is done and what comes next.

01

The idea and first version

We discuss who needs the service and the task it helps them complete. We choose the features to put in front of the first users.

02

Architecture and prototype

We design the multi-tenant architecture, data model and key screens. You see the product before code is written.

03

MVP development

We build the product core, billing and onboarding in short iterations with a demo at the end of every sprint.

04

Launch and metrics

We ship to first users, set up product analytics and collect feedback.

05

Scaling

We grow what the data confirms: new features, performance, integrations and readiness for increasing load.

Before you start

Cost, preparation and project support.

What belongs in a first SaaS release?

Include what users need to complete the core task. We define workflows, roles, required integrations and data for testing the product hypothesis. Other features are considered for later releases.

How will subscriptions and plans work?

We agree the payment provider, currencies, plans, trial access and upgrade rules. Testing covers payments, renewals, cancellations and failed charges.

What determines the development cost?

The cost depends on workflows, design complexity, integrations, data migration and available materials. After clarifying the brief, we define the scope and estimate. The budget is agreed before development starts.

How is the launch timeline agreed?

We review the scope, external dependencies and content readiness before agreeing milestones. If you need an earlier release, we define which functions belong in the first version.

What happens after launch?

We provide 30 days of support after release and help with launch issues and team questions. Further features and product development are planned separately.

Let’s work through your idea.

Tell us who the service is for and what you have tested so far. We will help define the MVP, development scope and next step.
